That tread depth is pretty much gone, at the inner edge. Those are not effective snow tires any more.
Bump! @Mendel Leisk tires have plenty of tread left with less than 9,000 total miles on them, more than welcome to see them in person, just let me know when since you are not able to accurately judge from the one close up photo included!
