Seat belt reminder

    Does anyone know if there is a way to turn off the seat belt reminder in the 2013 without taking it to the dealer?

    do not know, Bear. Safety device. Might be some legal entanglements besides the doing it, part.

    Would really like to talk you out of wanting too. Really annoying if ya just have something on the front passenger seat and not people.

    But goes silent soon and on days I put something, there, I just click it and leave the belt flat agents the seat-back.

    But hoping your belted in. Can get pretty mangled and dead without one.

    Have done that on our Prius(y).

    It’s a software program that can do a lot of things;).

    Turning off the seatbelt reminder is just a small feature (y).

    We've done it to our 3 prii
    We live in the deep rural country, and after opening gates getting mail and such no need to be buckling back up all the time
