There are likely dealers but did the independent distributor covering Florida ever sell any PiPs? I doubt it. @jerrymildred is closer to Tampa but he may know. Otherwise Todd at Tampa Hybrids would most likely know. They could try calling Toyota of Orlando Toyota Auto Service in Central Florida | Oil Change Brakes Auto Repairs Orlando FL
Also, @drsacha what specific services, say oil changes, brakes, or? I'm just not seeing that there's anything that different about doing basic services on a PIP.
any dealer should be able to service it, whether they sold them or not. they have access to toyota field tech service if necessary.
I was going to say the same thing. I had my fuse recall done at Sun Toyota right around the corner from me. They treated it like it was routine, but PiPs are exceedingly rare around here.
I had a serious issue with my 2013 PiP and just took it to my regular dealer. (As far as I know there are only two PiPs in town.) And yes Toyota send a tech down to help determine the problem so it could be fixed.
which toyota website shows service centers? edit, found it. the pip is not listed in the menu. but i tried the same thing where i purchased my pip, and it isn't listed there either. just prius 5, 4, 3, or 2.
