I just want to ask if anyone has the Tanabe Lowering Springs on their 2016 Prius...I Have the Model Two and I recently just replace the 15" Wheels to the 17" Touring ones, added the Side Splitters and a rear spoiler lip...I guess you can say I have a Model Two Touring LOL...

But I want to give it a more better stance so I was going for the lowering springs...But does it still give the same suspension feel or it actually feels more sportier?

Yes I do. Sportier with flatter turns.

Do you notice any difference in ride quality? How about bottoming out?

I have to be slow and careful going up driveways. Some scraping does occur. Ride quality is enhanced.

Smoother. Less body sway. Feels like the car is "held down" at higher speeds.

I don't think I'd want the car to be much lower.

    Did you install springs yourself?

    Wondering how hard it is...

No. It was done by Tanabe. (mine was the first US 2016 Prius and needed to be fit checked)

    Cool!
I think i'll try 16 or 17" rim/tires and see how it looks.
I'll install the springs if necessary...

If you have basic mechanical skills, springs aren't "hard" but you need to have the right tools, and realize that compressing springs to remove the strut tops can be dangerous. If your tool lets go, it, or the spring, or strut top, or all, can go flying all over the place causing damage or injury.

Also, you need to align your car after lowering. Your camber and toe will likely be affected. Make sure you know the torque specs for the struts, the strut top, etc.

    Thanks for the heads up!

I do have the tools and spring compressor to do the job.
I've installed lowering springs and coilovers on Toyotas, Scions and Audis in the past.
I'm reluctant to install springs on my 2 week old prius thinking about the new warranty.
I did install coilovers on my Audi when it was still under warranty, but I had it for a couple years before installing.

I'll still try 17's first...and see if I'm satisfied with the "looks"....

I had a 2014 Lexus CT200h F-Sport prior to this Prius, so I'm hoping to get this Prius to look decent at the least!
    hahaha
