I don't think that 2013 is fake. There is another Davis Prius v with similar mileage going for about the same price. At 176k on the clock, I think it's too high mileage for us. We're looking to spend around 10k. Another strike against those high mileage cars is that the traction battery isn't in warranty anymore. I would prefer to have at least a few more years of warranty coverage on the battery.
I have a 2013 Prius V 3, mint condition and only 51,000 miles. I wonder what it will bring in for $$$ ?
Does anyone know if the California 150k Hybrid Battery warranty also covers invertor and at least some of the hybrid system parts or JUST the battery itself?
A note to everyone. Placing a meaningful location in your profile helps it display when you post so that the person answering a question or even just commenting can leave more location appropriate help. Likewise a description of the vehicle with model year and level and even options. As an example, Arcata is in CA but you have to look that up to know that the CA warranty terms would apply.
It is almost a given that those giving help know where they live and what they drive; and those needing help, also do not know where they live or what they drive. Correlation is not causation, but I do wonder...
