I live in North Central Iowa, we bought our Prime in Chicago earlier this month, a Magnetic Gray Advanced that we ordered in October while we were in Chicago visiting our son and his wife. Grossinger Toyota in Chicago was the only dealer in the Midwest that actually had one that we could get our hands on, it was a display model in the show room that couldn't be driven. The lease on our Camry was up this month, and my wife wouldn't buy the car with out getting to at least sit in it, so it worked out well, we paid full MSRP plus a bunch of accessories that were on the car that the dealer marked up. I still believe that the Prime isn't being sold in the Midwest so as not to compete with the Ethanol industry here that is highly subsidized and highly protected.
