Engine ECU wiring diagram for coolant temperature hack

    I've used this coolant temperature hack in my gen3 prius. I'd like to do the same for gen4. I need the pin information on engine ECU to access the thermistor. Anyone has tried this? or has diagram to share. thanks in advance.

    As your link says it makes sense only for the cars with PHEV kits.

    Thanks for the link, but it requires paid subscription. Any one who has info on how about engine ECU to access the thermistor pins?

    it should be ok, just need a few pin location and maybe color of the wires. Hopefully, he gets notified with the thread...
