2004Key fob issues

    I bought a new key for my 2004 Prius programmed key to start car but original key does not unlock car so can not get new fob programmed to unlock and unlock any suggestions or advice would be amazing?

    Is the "Key" button by the driver's knee pressed out or is it pressed in?

    They are completely missing the car registers it to starts it but person before me broke the buttons

    if you cant get this to work you can order a replacement case on e bay for about 10 bucks and switch over the guts from the original
