Thanks I do not think the leg room will matter I am short I have driven a 2009 and did not have a issue . I am going to try and loom at both on Tuesday first day I will be off. Thanks everyone for their opinions and help.
I just bought a 2007 with 175K miles and in very good condition (one owner car) for $3400 this past July. Even with a new battery at $3000 it is way under $8000. and that would be a brand new battery, mind! It is package 3, so it's got lots of useful gadgets. And is in great well-cared for shape. I think $8K is insanely high. But I bought mine from a private sale, not a dealer. This is my first Toyota and first hybrid ever. I love it! It's a great car so far. I have put over 5K miles on it already. Cold weather gas mileage is a bit worse than summer (around low 40's in the winter, high 40's in the summer).
I bought my 2012 sitting on my computer watching it on my computer screen roll by about the size of a finger nail. There were of course many other pictures. But it had over 220,000 miles. It drives just as good as one with 10,000 miles. Drive both, and see which is a combo of drives better / cleaner. Should be easy decision after that.
Owww to you folks buying high mileage prius. You folks not favor newer year models with low miles ? Bat cave
Sure but not whipping out $15,000 any time soon. The high mileage ones drive the exact same, most problems have already been corrected, and price is at a 70% discount.
Neither car worked out. Learned a lot on this site though thanks to everyone. I will continue looking this weekend
K nice I just ordered a custom loaded 2018 Prius it has the 11.6 inch screen you find in the Prime Bat cave
I traded in a 2008 in November of last year, package 5 in average condition with nothing wrong at 108,000 and got $3,000 trade in. If they gave you a year warranty with it that would have changed things.
