Hello, Looking for some input from you Prius C guys. What kind of MPG can I expect? Driving conditions: - In the tropics (95 fahrenheit) - only city driving, there are no highways here - Highest speed will be around 35 mph (yes it's horrendous here..) - A/C on - flat terrain Thanks!
In South America they are expecting Imperial MPG numbers, not US ones. The US gallon is smaller than the standard elsewhere. Multiply US mpg by 1.20095 to get Imperial mpg.
It really really really depends on your usage of "AC". In that situation, I would expect around 50, but I would also be rolling with the windows down and no AC. I don't mind torturing myself as heat never really bothers me. Tropic heat might be a different story though...
I probably should have asked how far your drive is, too... if it's less than 10 miles, I would expect under 50.
