Not much use to either of me or RCO. We have the Gen 4 Prius without plugin charging.

 

@RCO is in the UK. I do not see any on your map for there.
A new market opportunity perhaps?

 

Like ProdigyPlace says, we don't have plug-ins but I am certainly interested should they become available on my scheme in UK. Thanks for the feedback.

 

of course, there's always the other side of the HOA equation ;
if your neighbor wants to let all of the paint peel off his house, or leave dead trees in the yard, or have a greasy oil burning mess of a car sitting on his dead lawn (up on jack stands with no tires) with 3 feet of grass growing up around it, there's nothing you can do about it until enough dead rats use it as a graveyard - and it's stinking up the whole block .
Just saying, if I had to pick my poison ....

Years ago, we had this scumbag pair (a block away) that had their house paid off, so when it caught fire, they just took the insurance money & moved to another house. fortunately, our hoa sued them to rebuild (the skumbag homeowners lost, then appealed, then lost again, then appealed having to pay the HOA attorneys fees, lost again, appealed again, and eventually they had to rebuild their house) so eventually, all of the surrounding neighbors didn't have to look at this hideous eyesore of a disaster which affected all of the neighbors' property values - as would many other scenarios ..... not to mention the one I first opened up with .... and with no HOA, just try to sell your house if neighbors on both sides decided to paint their homes fluorescent pink, where you can still see the paint shade through your closed eyelids.

more important - chargepoint customers need to know if their dang chargers are even RUNNING. Twice in the past 2 weeks - ZERO power. 2 units in the same location in one instance. Nothing. Units were completely powered down. Chargepoint needs to be able to have that type of notification in the app. Otherwise chargepoint will end up with a reputation like the Blink network. If chargepoint customers are regular users in given locations, chargepoint ought to be able to give users phones/device an audible notice.
