yes you do. a simple lowering spring of a 1 inch drop makes a huge difference in looks but not enough where you will scrape anything

Ur gonna wanna lower it all around. Depending on what spring you get will get you a 1 inch to 1.5 inch drop. Both are very conservative and will totally change how the car look and also make the nice person not look so huge. Some Tein springs will run you about 160 USD. Ride close to stock and be good to go.

Personally if ur cars was mine I would remove all the stickers you have in the rear. Makes it look way too busy

yea i am, im just waiting for when it gets warmer, im thinking about removing the F sport badge and change it to the "hybrid synergy drive" badge and take away the "hybrid" badge or something... just make it cleaner. I just hate how its holes where the badges sit... i got holes on the tailgate where the "hybrid" sit, thats why i got that badge there, to cover it up. Im also waiting for myself not to be so cheap and buy the Aimgain type 5 front bumper , getting the right door, and both front fenders of the car "straightned put" and repainted and the whole car professinally polished after that.

Installed the prius plus rear sway bar that I ordered from HybridPit! I dont know why these dont come like this.. Way better handling. I suppose it will hold me off until I can find the time to get the suspension installed.

I have it. but not many people in PriusChat "approve" of the look, so I stopped posting my mod-updates a long time ago. But as a suggestion, do what YOU want to do. Doesn't matter what others think. It's your car and do what makes you happy :)

I think it looks awesome.. Yours was one of the first builds I came across! I was looking to find if anyone painted or purchased dark interior plastic on the pillars.. What spec are your wheels, suspension?

is that a QI charger thats over the whole surface? i added to mine to but it doesnt look as good... its only that little circle. Gonna have to change it to some with bigger surface. I just stole 12V from the back of the 12V output, and put minus on the little screw right unter the charger. Made the positive go thru a 12V to 5V resistor kinda thing with USB port, i cant seem to be able to open ur link on "how to" tho.

I wish it was the whole surface! It's just about dead-center in the tray with a foam liner over the top to make it more tidy (and stealth). My 12V cable goes into the console too, but I used a flat cable so I don't need to cut the seat heater / 12V outlet panel. I built up the area around the charger with foamcore and used double sided tape to keep everything adhered and tidy.

    Does this link work?

Now i can see it lol, that prius cup holder tray was really damn smart... have to get myself one of those... Im trying to find bigger wireless chargers and stuff. I think ive found one that got a bigger surface. The only problem is that they usually get thicker the wider they r to..

and I just used a file to make a half circle on the bottom of the cover lol. My cable is round so.. i had to. Its not noticable tho, its hidden under the rubber mat. Bug definetly getting that tray to hide it under or inside or something lol.

For car battery I typically buy higher amperage than needed if I don't have to go out of my way to get it- such as significant higher-cost, modifying battery mount and etc.

Just depends on your situation like kids leaving hitch light switch on, kids leaving door open, parking outside in extreme cold and not just limit to the list. If your battery has higher cranking amperage, you won't have to worry about not able to startup the prius because of something like kids leaving the door open. Also if the battery begins to deteriorate, you won't have to replace to battery sooner than battery rated for the Prius because of the amperage capacity is larger.

I won't get started about replacing my Prius antenna with a 20". Got the same feedback like raytheeagle's 12v battery.

To add more fodder to your claim:

Autozone’s price point was by far better than the dealers:

    Autozone: $140 after all discounts
    Dealer: $275:eek:

    It made the decision easy(y).

Looks like jjs audio offers now a sub box for the right side of the trunk now. Any one think running dual 10 inch subs in the rear would be over kill?

Also would 600 watts each totalling 1200 watts be too much strain on the prius?
