I have an ECO score of 97/100 but with only 776 miles on the car, perhaps it's too new to start indicating sheep, sun, etc. My App just shows a tree and clouds.

The apparent goal of that Eco Dashboard is for all of us obsessive techno nuts to drive as much as possible, and do so only on EV mode!!
It's a damn conspiracy to steal money away from our dearly beloved Exxon, Chevron, Shell, Arco, et al!!

The mind numbing Eco Dashboard will reel him in, inexorably, like a hypnotic pit viper !!

Not true. You can still score high in EV, HV, or both and it still counts. It's coaching efficient driving "technique" regardless of the mode. Obviously MPG is more skewed with EV only, but that's just part of it. It's hard to place high in the standings list because it's skewed from all the EV only folks with short commutes but high miles count.

If you can get your ECO Driving score in the summary at the bottom of the dashboard in the 90's or higher, you're doing great no mater what rank you are or mode you drove in to get there that month.

Yeah, I've given up on the high Eco score due to frantic traffic conditions here in my area. I have (up until now) been able to run on electric only, and so do well in that "contest"!

Traffic is the MPG and ECO killer for me. I refuse to be "that person" that gets in the way of people trying to get to work, etc. It's the crazy slow acceleration that kills it for my score. I can get 98's+ on driving and stopping in traffic conditions, unfortunately the low acceleration score "in traffic" gets in the way.

Also, around here, people seem to get really pissed when you come to a complete stop to reset the segment score. About 1/2 of this weekly drive I do is 45 mph, well traveled section line roads with 4 way stop signs every mile. I choose these so I can maximize mpg and eco but at 6:00 am, people have no patience.

I finally heard back from the email support folks on the MyEntune contact page about changing my display name failure. Serious waste of time. They advised me to GO TO THE DEALER to change the display name on the Entune app settings. Are you freaking kidding me. I explained 3 times that I was talking about the "My Entune" web page vehicle settings for the app (https://www.myentune.com) the same page that I contacted them from. Gave them the URL with screen prints, highlighting what I was doing and what did not work.

I would have been fired for giving this kind of lame response when I was doing tech support. I'll call the support number for laughs. I can't get worse.

Calling them direct yielded a ton of answers. Now I have to figure out how to explain it. . . .

I can understand a little bit of where they're coming from. Few of them have probably seen a Prime, let alone used the apps for it.

If there's no software emulator they can play around with, they're left with RTFM.

At Job, there are hundreds of devices we have to support, with multiple carrier versions, some of which have different features. Do we have any of them to play with? F no! We get to RTFM!

At least I'd have a little more chance doing Entune support, there are fewer versions and I have my Gen 4 to play with!

I noticed today how quickly a full charge is drained when it is 15 degrees outside. Come on Summer.

Absolutely. I take advantage of the A/C Hold pre-heat via 120v to avoid using the heater until the ICE comes on.

I also drained pretty fast when I was outside walking this morning @ 4:30am @ 24° with a 10° wind chill.:p I looked like the Michelin man. Head to toe goose down wardrobe provided by Browning.;)

I was walking this morning as well...28 degrees...bundled up like that kid's brother, who wanted a Red Rider BB gun for xmas.

Oh, my sun came out today. Now just missing the rainbow...and yes, I have tulips...lots of tulips.
