In Android Apps, there is an app called "Automate". In it's community forum a user has shared an automated flow called "Prius Entune Auto Start V3". When you are driving your car, then this flow automatically turn-on bluetooth, enable GPS and turn-off WiFi on you Android Phone. When your car stops running it reverses these changes. If you are within a location such as Home or Work, it turns on WiFi and disables mobile data on the phone. I wanted to find out, if anyone have used this to automate climate in Prime. I would like to start climate control in my Prime at 7:00 am in the morning, if I am at my home location. If anyone knows how to do this, then it will be very useful in the winter. And let me know if anyone finds a similar app for iOS. Wow, that would be wonderful to have in Minnesota.
That would be cool. I've recently added garmin speak, just for the Alexa interface. I've geo-fenced my garage door, with the Nexx controller. But if something is not running or not connected, it all silently fails.
