Missing foam insert in door arm rest. Where can I get replacement?

    Went to the car wash and just noticed that the passenger rear door is missing the foam insert where your fingers pull when you close the door. I am thinking the car wash guys pulled it out and threw it away.

    Just wondering if I can get a replacement for it and what would the part number be?
