Car has been in garage for 4 hours. Temp outside 54 degrees. I've had Hazel for 2 weeks. 400 miles on her. Husband yells, what's that noise? See recording: It's coming from under the rear left side...I'm guessing I decided to take it for a ride. I went inside to get the key. As soon as I got near the car, with the key, the noise stopped. Your thoughts.... I'm a new owner to the Prius world. Any help is appreciated!
Thanks for the reply Boston Bisco. I've never heard this before, and it stopped right as a brought the key out. Just a coincidence?
that i'm not sure of, since i've never brought the key out when it's happening. it is possible, i suppose, that when it detected the key, it shut down, in case you were going to start it.
