Agh - nicked the front bumper on a high curb backing up. The bottom fender is scraped now. Any luck with touch up paint?
Aw man, that totally sucks!! My 2012 PIP was Blizzard White, 2 level or whatever paint, and factory touchup from dealer was useless for minor dings etc. (Color wasn't close).A detail man I used "repaired" a significant scrape on the same car; he did a beautiful job, onsite, used 2 paints, and I believe it cost me a couple hundred bucks, might have been more. It was worth it; the repair was invisible.. If you need his number, not sure how best to transmit it to you, and hopefully I can find it again. .
Don't expect it to be in stock. I damaged some spots when I de-badged the rear hatch. Ordered some touch up, 3 weeks later - the damage can be seen if you look very close, but otherwise unnoticable. jp
I've got a Blizzard White Gen 4, and I learned this is a 3 step process: Super White base, Blizzard Pearl (070) on top of that, then clear coat to finish. Dealers might not have Blizzard Pearl in stock, but you can get it on Amazon. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
