My car is 2014 Gen3 Prius. I am planning to do a transaxle oil change, but I am not sure where is the drain plug and fill plug for transaxle.
    question:

    1) For Gen3, prius transaxle is not transmission. Is this correct?
    2) Where is drain plug for Gen3 prius transaxle?
    3) Is transaxle using different oil holder from transmission?

The Prius has no transmission. The transaxle serves that purpose. I am sure @Mendel Leisk or some other Gen 3 owners will be along shortly to assist.

He may have the terms incorrect, but there is something other than engine oil to change....

The oil that he is referring to is the simulated "cvt"

It does need to be changed if you want the car to last. I've changed it 3 times, last at 185k.
The first time I waited until 75k... should have done sooner.

A Transaxle is just a transmission and differential in one unit.
