What's the beep mean?

    My Gen 3 (2012) hatchback now beeps when I open the door to get in. What's up? Thanks!

    There is a beep you can configure when the door unlocks, so if you're coming up to a locked car and use SKS (hands free/fob in pocket) to unlock as you put your hand on the handle, then it would beep as you open the door...

    could be a low 12v or fob battery...

    I remember that fob battery low will show on dash when stop engine. But low 12v, I don't know. Are there signal

    Thanks for your response, but this is different. It's a long continual beep -- a couple of seconds.

    I believe one of your windows (or sunroof, if you have one) is open (even if it's just a crack). Might we worth opening and closing all of them
