Does anyone know why there is a small round circle on the drivers side front bumper? Maybe toyota had some plans for it and never removed it.

Why? We don't need to waste more gas towing them around if they can't haul themselves around hehe. We'll use it as a playground.
Hi All, I have not had a reason to use it yet, but I read inthe manual that under the little circle is the socket for the recovery hook. The recovery hook is where the tow truck would attach a cable to pull the car out of a ditch.

Yeah, I had to do that for the tow-truck guy when my Prius was totaled because he had no clue how to tow it. Grabbed the hook thing from the back, popped out that little circle of plastic (and put it in my pocket--now that's the only reminder I have of my first Prius), and screwed the tow hook into the socket.
