I have nearly 62k miles on my 2016 Prius II and maintenance required for hybrid battery cooling parts at your dealer. What does this mean I read on line it could be the filter for the cooling fan for the hv battery

    welcome!

i think that's right, check the battery intake cooling grille filters for lint and blockage.

There's a cabin air filter, do you drive on these gravel roads with the windows down?

It's a cautionary tale, but always best to keep the cooling vent clear of stuff that might obstruct it...
.. if you can remember to, that is! (y)

Thats what I do! If I wash the car, I always vacuum the vents since i'm already vacuuming the interior.

It might be a good idea to check the actual fan. You'll be a bit of a pioneer, if you do. If it's similar to third gen it shouldn't be too hard, just takes a bit of thought and patience. Likely you will not have to completely remove it to clean.

That's a lot of miles, btw.

2016 Prius has over 100K. No pets and pretty keep it clean but dusty area due to constructions in the area. Got Battery Cooling Part Maintenance Required recently. Replaced, air and cabin filters. Located the intake fan and dust off the fan area w vacuum plus the dirty filter but put back. Just ordered the filter for $16. Now I still see the sign on my dash now can’t reset. Any advice?
