Hi! I didn't ready through all the replies, so my 2-cents might have already been addressed....I have about a 1/2 mile gravel driveway that has HORRIBLE potholes/large dips, my 2016 Prius has around 50,000 miles and at my last oil change, the mechanic brought me out to look at the underside of my car, and showed me that my tires were starting to wear on the insides, probably because the alignment or axles got thrown off due to the bumps.
A single pot-hole on a city-street can do the exact same thing. The fact that it is only "starting to wear" after 50K miles of daily dirt and holes, is a good indication it has nothing to do with that.
If that driveway is where you LIVE, then why does it remain in that HORRIBLE condition ? Is the terrain such that you can drive OFF the driveway on the grass when the ground is dry ??
It doesn't rattle. When the bumps get really bad I slow down....sometimes even to 10 mph. I try to take it really slow.....but it's still just so bumpy.
