LED cluster in a headlight

    I was wondering what's the purpose of a cluster of 5 LEDs in a headlight assembly of 2010 Prius, just below the parking light and above high&low lights. I can clearly see 5 LEDs, but they do exactly nothing on my car. What is it?

    Just decoration, they aren't LEDs, they're just nubs in the plastic that look like LEDs.

    Don't worry, you're not the first person to think they were LEDs. ;)

    But it has been others to modify the head light assemblies and installed real LED to perk-up their rides
