since we wanted ABS, we also got DRL. You do not see many Tundras of that age with DRL. Ours is also 2WD. a 2WD pickup truck here in the south is almost unheard of.

Good of you to put a third 'u' in humorus for me. Otherwise I'd not have understood at all! :sneaky:(y):sneaky:

I believe it is spelled humorous regardless of country.

    Wow!

    What? no stiff upper lip?

That's outrageous! I was beefing about the USD $395 (£305) upcharge for Blizzard Pearl, Hypersonic Red and the Atlantic Blue Crush.

I wanted boring old Toyota Super White, but found you can only get it if you're a fleet buyer. Not adventurous, but not a PITA to paint.

IMG_4427.JPG Here is another obscure fact that I am learning to live with today:

The "Eco-Diary" only stores 24 months worth of data. While I purchased my car in January 2016, it has shown the screen above ever since

As of this morning -- September 1, 2017 -- it is gone forever. So sad!

Did you scroll up for the latest figures ?
When you say it's gone, did you delete it or does the whole two years worth just disappear at the two year point ?

I only just learned this by accident. There is a button on the trunk to lock the car from the hatch. There is the big button to unlock/open the hatch and then if you feel to the right theres a smaller circular button that'll lock the car.

You can also lock the car with it.

The roof isn't higher. The extra height is there because they they lowered the floor, because the lithium battery is thinner.

Discovered this hidden gem. I typically dive with the HVAC in ECO mode and with the button turned on for a driver bias air flow. When I have passengers sitting in the back seat, there must be seat switch that overrides the dash panel switch and then redirects air flow to the passenger seat and rear passengers. Kinda neat.

I know with S-Flow set to front, it auto-detects passenger. That is documented in the manual.
I usually (forget to) turn off S-Flow whenever I have rear seat passengers.

There is a seat sensor. Look at the dashboard when someone sits in the back, you'll see the seatbelt indicators come up for the rear seats.

They also come on if you just open the back doors - say to put your attach case in there.
