You might want to check your profile: it says you have an '03 though your thread title says "2005". Though, you probably own two and now I'm the schmuck. Anyway, yes. As some here have noted, ocassionally there is a shutter when the ICE shuts off. Nothing major. Being in SanFran you might never encounter this, but it's worse in cold weather. Welcome to Priuschat!
This is usually a problem in cooler weather, but I see you're in SF, so maybe it is cooler weather. Another contributing factor is the state of charge of the battery; when the SOC is halfway, it seems to happen a bit more. It's normal, and will mostly subside with more miles on your car/time on your ICE.
