Drove from NC to Maine with lees ure lite in tow. Got 6mpg better average than the 2011 under same conditions. acadia national park is beautiful. 2300 miles so far on the car and half the miles while towing. Flame away, I know some of you will.
Didn't make a thread but happy to answer any questions you have. The trailer is designed to be towed by a motorcycle. 260 pounds empty. I'm running 280ish as I have it set up. Added the helper air springs on the 2011, need to do same for the 2017. Got a few headlight flashes with the rear down, nose up causing the lights to blind people. Will fix that this week. The trailer by itself didn't cause it but had some extra weight this trip I normally don't carry that will be dropped off on the return trip. Kept the cruise set on 70 or 75 as limits allowed.
Bought mine from here: Other distributors nationwide. Lite Tent Camper - Pull this lightweight tent camper/trailer behind a motorcycle or car.
How come these don't have that handy-dandy knob on the dash (that UK cars have had for years) to allow you to adjust the headlights from the driver's seat? Maybe it's in the same package as the turn signals on the mirrors? ;-)
Cool trailer. I was gonna say I would just get a tent but I really like the idea of the pop up tent and of the ease and setup and light weight. Would be a great cross country Prius road trip camper.
Love your hitch and sea glass pearl. I don't see any flames at all coming out of your tail, he he. Tip: update your profile . Include a cool picture in your avatar.
We have two of them. I just stay with the newest. But I suppose you could take a picture with both and use that for your avatar since you don't have one yet.

Zeroed out trip b when we left. Round trip here are the numbers. Home for a couple weeks then off again for an 18 day 7500 mile adventure.
Visited Acadia national park and a place called quoddy head state park in Maine. The easternmost point in the continental US. Stunning beauty in that area. A local fire department was having a lobster dinner fundraiser near the campground we stayed at. 15$ for a 1.5 pound lobster. I ate two. Go forth friend and explore the world. It's an amazing place.
