Thanks from me too. This info would have come in handy in phonecall I made earlier today to State Farm. The last time I had to call them, the only way I could get a human to answer was to demand in Spanish, "Ayudame Por Favor!"

Gene, You can try www.gethuman.com and from that home page, there's a link that says "The most popular part of the gethuman website is the gethuman database of secret phone numbers and codes". You can click on the link in that line and go to the company listings. If that doesn't help, I can't help you.
