the HUD IS NOT working

    I have my Prius prime advanced for a week I love the car this is my third Prius my only problem sop far has been theHUD HEAd up display it does not work in spite of trying every thing that the manual recommends
    including not wearing sun glasses I will appreciate any help

    OK, Captain Obvious questions ahead that I'm pretty sure you've tried...

    Not set too high or too low? You've re-oriented yourself left and right? Brightness is set not too dim and it is not too bright outside (or tried it in twilight)? The button has the little green light on? Nothing covering the projector? The HUD function is turned ON in the settings menu (page 234)? The car is moving as opposed to being in Park (it dims when slow)?

    Advanced trim has HUD standard. Not an option.

    When I got my car it took the salesperson a long time to adjust it before I could even see it. If you haven't already, try raising and lowering it. There's a fairly narrow window of visibility.

    Sidebar, change your car type in your details pane to your new vehicle type. It still shows your old one.
