I have mine in a shock and water resistant case. It has dropped at least once without a problem and survived light rain. Bob Wilson
So far I've had no problem with the Bluetooth connection. However, recently, entune has stopped sending me charge status emails and I haven't figured out how to get it to start again.
Suggestion: try turning them off, kill app, restart app then reset them. Also make sure notifications are turned on your phone (I flip them off and on also, just to make sure). I've had the same issues especially after they've updated the app.
I haven't had problems with bluetooth dropping connectivity or notification issues with charge status. That said, I have noticed that bluetooth will sometimes have a problem holding a steady audio signal for media playback. I get small hiccups in connection. When this happens I typically turn off bluetooth and turn it back on and everything is happy again for the rest of the ride. My wife and I listed to a couple audio books on our drive to and from Chicago (~16 hours both ways) and other than the clipping that I could reset we had no issues at all. That said, what are you experiencing with Entune that you are questioning?
