I have ordered a 110/220V Level 2 EVSE cable from Alibaba. Total cost with shipping was $165.00. Comes with 24 month warranty and 'trade assurance'. My take on it is that they are all made in China anyway.
I'll update this when it arrives with my evaluation. I now plan to carry the original Toyota charging cable in the 'tiny slot' for travel charging from a 110V outlet.
    This is the link:

I'm using PayPal so if there's a problem, I can ask my buddy Elon to intervene :ROFLMAO::LOL:;)

    Hey great.

Hope it works well and please post a review of it if you have a chance.

I'm totally interested in a sub $200 option.

OK, I've received my charging cable ordered above. It arrived about 2 weeks after I ordered it, I had to delay delivery because it was signature required and we were traveling. Easy to do on the DHL website. I received tracking information within 2 days of ordering.
The cable appears to be well constructed. I did open up the wall plug and the wires were 12 gauge and seated well.
I do not currently have a 220V outlet in the garage, so I went to Lowes and bought the parts to make a 15 amp to nema 6/20r adapter. Took 5 minutes to make, very straightforward. Plugged it in and the power light came on. I took that as a good sign, so I plugged the charge connector into the car and the green charging indicator lit up. The dash display said it was charging and gave an estimated time. Since I was still charging at 110V, there was no improvement in charge time. Yet. The 220V outlet is on my To-Do list.
    Here are some photos:

OK, I have now installed a 240V outlet in the carport for the Duosida EVSE.
I am even more impressed with this unit. As a level 2 EVSE it is outperforming my expectations. Coming back from lunch, I was down to about 12 miles of EV. When I plugged in at my home, the display said 1 hour 10 minutes to full charge. This now makes several short (6-8 miles) trips doable with a full charge each time. Here is a picture of the unit on the wall with it's mounting screw. In my opinion, after use and playing with it for a week or so, I recommend it. And at $165 delivered, it's a great buy.

Is it one piece? Is the plug somehow locked into the outlet in that box?

I live in a condo with a shared garage. I'm not even sure at this point how/if I'll get the association to provide for charging, but if I'm successful, it would be nice to have an option where the cable can't easily walk away.

At least the higher end Prime's have a locking system. Not sure about the plus.

I though the regulator might be dual voltage but the one that came with mine is clearly marked 120v input and no mention of 220v input. That said, what are they supplying in Europe where things are standardly 220v?

I just put it in today so I haven't locked the box. The box does have a space for a padlock. We live in a safe place, and our property is completely fenced, and we have dog. ;) And of course, while charging, it is locked to the car.

Frome the EVSE to the J1772 about 23.5 feet. (as ordered) The pigtail is about 14 inches.

    How long is that cable?

How did you order? Any specs you can choose from them? I saw they offered different types of end choices.

    I just sent them a message :)

Use the link. Start a conversation with "Zencar Amy [some number] and tell her? what you want. Specify the plug and the length. The EVSE itself appears to be a universal power supply type device. I have run mine on both 110 and 220. It runs fine. Even with shipping, it's about half what you would pay for the exact same thing on Amazon. If you're not in a hurry, you could probably save a little by not choosing express shipping. There is a fee for using PayPal, but for me it was only $7.

Thank you. Will order one. Need one about as long if not longer than my stock cable since my 220v is in a different location. Maybe could find extension cord there if needed

Just a follow up. The EVSE/cable works perfectly. It charges very fast compared to the factory cable. I'm happy I can leave the house with a fully charged vehicle for multiple trips during the day.
