Any one else getting more than 30 per charge?

Actually MPGe is not the right name for that graph, it should be daily total mpg from start to back home (72 miles). I use trip A for the daily mpg and trip B for the tank mpg. The HV trip is using the trip meter from power on to power off (AKA trip C), it resets after power off and is right after trip B on the MFD.

 

Ten days of ownership. Hit 30 miles per charge today! Started at 24.
High speed runs at 65-75 mph are not good for conserving the charge. When I jump on a limited access highway a half mile from my house, I can run down the charge in 20 miles. Low speed trips in town are the best. But, everyone here knows that. I'm still learning.

I use the trip meters pretty much the same way... and drive the same EV to work and HV home, at least during the summer. Our per mile results are also very similar although my final MPG tally is lower with a longer commute.

Do you find utility in the daily and monthly log the Prime keeps in one of the i sub-screens ?
I haven't quite understood how to scroll laterally (I usually just keep hitting buttons until it works,) but the log shows both MPG and miles/kWh for the chosen interval.

Not sure what you mean, but if you use the arrows, up or down, on the right part of the steering wheel and get to where is shows daily kWh or other things it will say Otrip to select. The screen will change to whatever trip meter is showing.

well, you know, my EV range keeps going up, even in the heat and even using AC ... the display that is, this morning 44.4. Have I driven that far without the ICE coming on? no, but this week I ended up with 3-4 miles of EV range when arriving at work and I do ~ 40 miles in EV, down and up hill ... I would try, but as you know it is rather hilly around here and that just kills it ...

 

Well I personally believe in hiring the handicapped, not eating them!!, munch, crunch, ca c'est bon!!
