Hello, I currently have a 2012 Prius V Pkg 3 with no roof and every time it rains, the front driver and passenger floor boards gets wet. We have cleaned out the drain holes, heater box, and checked every possible way for water to travel inside the vehicle and have not been able to figure this one out. The front driver side floor is the main part that gets wet. We cannot replicate the issue using a hose or going through a car wash. Has anyone encountered a similar problem?
You post suggests you've checked the most obvious points of entry for water. I believe there are drain tubes from the air intake at the bottom of the windshield that drain behind the wheel wells. Could these have become clogged from tree debris? I'm forever vacuuming pine needles and maple helicopters from my intake screens. Are there damaged door seals? Has the windshield ever been replaced? Maybe floorboard plugs have fallen out
I've been trying to restrain myself from purely editorial comments, but the above was just too hard to resist.
