Got my decal today 06/16. Mailed my application 05/11. DMV processed (deposited) check 06/07. Certificate and decal was issued on 06/08 (DMV didn't wait till checked is cleared. I guess DMV don't worry bounce check. Haha)

Yup wait and agony is over。 Hooray.
Not be A###. I have question about position your decals.
Do you guys line up left and right large decals?
Front bumper is curved, Do you guys put at the concave area?
How about the rear bumper? Do you guys put on the black or painted area?
    Thanks,

just for you ... i went out into the hot garage, used tier 3 kWh to open the garage door so you would get a good view of where i placed the stickers ... the rear left is basically a mirror image of the right side ... and never ever say "Not be A###" again :p:D;):)
just kidding, hope this helps you ...

That's pretty much where I put mine, except the larger side ones as low as possible, was concerned about blind spot monitor being blocked.

Alright I put my stickers on.
Asked wife to spot sticker position for me. Her comment "why do you have to measure it?" If I were you as long as it's close enough just put them on."

Sorry changing the subject a little bit. I want to mount the fastrak flex (transponder) behind my rear view mirror, however I don't want to peal the backing tape and stick the velcro tape directly on those black dots. I don't have to deal with adhesive residue left on the black dots when I remove my transponder later. I am thinking to put Velcro Hanging Strip on the velcro 1st on velcro tape then attach the transponder. Has anyone used velcro hanging strip before? Thanks.

well, just for you ... i went out into the hot garage ... :p:cool::D ha ha ha ...i put my velcro stickers right under the dark space, sorta under the rearview mirror as you can see below, i can still see the transponder while driving (and remember to take it off when not needing it). It lives in and ESD bag that we use in our lab in the center console, that works, I15 in San Diego area is carpool and Fastrak and it does not trigger the sensors about the lanes

Thank you so much. Today was really really hot. Tomorrow will be hotter.
Isn't that too low to drive? I mean will that transponder be in the way? I am thinking to put it next to the rear mirror in the black dots area, so it won't be in the line of sight when I am driving.

i guess it depends on your position while driving, i mean your own height, seat height etc ... where it is for me, yes i can see it but no, it's not in (my) way ... could very well be different for you ... btw, my transponder is the small rectangular one, have seen different models/sizes

Yeah, I got the flex square one, it wouldn't work underneath. As it is, it took me a while to get used to the sensors/cameras around the rear view mirror being in the way. I just mount on the lower left in the windshield, leave it in 3+ mode.

I just installed next to the rear mirror. I will see if it will bother me then I will move to lower left of the windshield.

I have my EZ Pass in the same place only at the top of the windshield and it doesn't bother me at all. I don't even notice it.

Cool, according to the instructions it is supposed to be 1 1/2 from top edge. I will see how it goes, maybe to move up to the top of the inside edge.

They already "cancelled" the program in 2014 when I bought my PiP, and extended it - they may do so again. I like the idea of stepping up enforcement of the carpool lanes, as I see a ton of cars with 1 person, and have started seeing bogus HOV stickers on non-plug in Priuses.

Just looked up those "black dots" around the rear view mirror. They are officially called " Third Visor Frit". I guess mounted my fastrak flex inside the "Third Visor" area should not cause any issue.
