Seen this post on ebay, $79.99 US + s/h I haven't seen anything else similar to this that makes better use of the Lover center Console / Storage.. It adds USB charging + 2 Cigarette outlets.. Also the bottom tray is removable.. Any thoughts? Looks like they also have an extension to the Cup holder / Driving mode selection center armrest Located on the bottom of this picture..
The US-spec 2012 v Five has lighter and USB source/charge ports in the panel above the front lower console storage area. Of course one always needs more USB charge ports, so we fit a dual USB charger plug in the lighter port.
Do you have photos in English? It sounds a bit expensive, but then again I've already spent $30 on a 4 USB port (3 with one extra quick and power charge for tablets and laptops) and now need to purchase a multi cigarette port due to needing one for my inverter for my Surface Pro 4 tablet pc and like using the more powerful and quicker USB via cigarette adapter. Please let me know how easy to install and uninstall. What about warrenty? Does that void the warranty? Thanks in Advance, SM-N910V ?
I found a decently priced one on rakuten. ~$24 + $26 shipping. That bottom tray is too big for it's own good. Having an extra 12V port is nice along with more USB ports (you can never have enough haha) The cup holder extension is kinda neat, I find it to be the perfect to use your cell phone while being under the radar of authorities. Downside is, it's only oriented for RH driving since it covers the operating modes.
The lights for the unit are only a couple of blue LEDS, near the ports, that aren't too bright. It can't be turned off though.
Too bad its not Prime...what I call shipping on steroids lol. One of the reviewers says he had to modify it for US version but not sure what he means. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
I accidentally clicked to activate my Prime trial, last month and used it a couple of times. Shipping on steroids is no joke! lol Not sure what the reviewer had trouble modifying. Fitted perfectly fine for me.
