I just bought a new phone and now I can't receive messages. This happened once before and the dealer was able to fix it but I don't have time to go there right now. I read the manual and I am missing the message set up screen from the menu. Any suggestions?
I also have an iPhone 7 and all features are working as expected. Make sure you have Show Notifications on in the the iPhone's Bluetooth Settings for PRIUS PLUGIN. It's also a good idea to be running the latest version of iOS (10.3.2) If it is still a problem you will need to delete the iPhone from Prius' Bluetooth items and delete PRIUS PLUGIN from the iPhone's Bluetooth items. Once they have both been deleted, re-pair the iPhone and Prius. This will correct any issues, but you'll need to resetup your phone preferences on the Prius.
