in the what people call "secret settings menu" in the dashboard (where u can see the hybrid battery charging whiled driving and all that) and its a setting where u can turn eco on and off, what does it even do?
Well, i got the Eco, Ev and pwr button as buttons at the right side of the gearstick as u guys do, but i also have one in the dashboards secret menu by some weird reason... what does it even do...
When you switch the info screen to the HSI (see image bottom left), there is an ECO indicator which lights up if you stay in the eco region (the lower part of the the green bar that goes from CHG to PWR). If you turn this option off, the ECO indicator will not light up. BTW: I would not call that the secret menu. This menu with all its settings are described in the manual. Ohh well, no I know what it is atleast, but what's the point of it? Just taking away the "Eco" like Wth? What's the meaning?
lol, i still dont get it, haha, when u r using that bar thingy that shows u how much u push ur throttle down u can see it there anyways... i really dont see the point of it, lol
It's actually more eco-friendly to drive with the "ECO" light off, since you're using less energy = more mpg...
