Hills are my curse. I've also noticed that in the morning when I leave home, I don't regenerate hardly any mileage even though it's downhill. As far as the car is concerned, the battery is filled up! It'll probably start the ICE to burn off some of the excess!

well ... i think we've already concluded that there is no "one size fits all", sometimes i wonder what would happen if we were to switch cars for a few days ...:D:D

Yeah, that might result in changes, but don't forget the aggregate mileage that affects our current EV-only estimate.

I think it's hilly up in that area. That's about 1-1/2 hours north of me.:)

I was in Cali once in the 70's in Huntington Beach. Beautiful place! I'm sure it's a little more crowded now. :);)

I had time today. Took slow back roads. Tried to keep it under 45 mph. Problly took over an hour or more. I got 36.5 miles in ev mode before it switched to eco.

Just got mine on Monday so it isn't accurate yet. I started today with it showing 21.4 miles left on EV. I drove 22 mile all EV at various speeds up to 70. It showed 7 miles left when i pulled in the garage and entune shows 35% of battery still left..

The Prime is definitely a different driving experience. But it looks like you are already getting the hang of it. (y):)

First of all: CONGRATS on getting your Prime! And second... it seems to me you're getting some VERY decent EV range for just having gotten out of the starting gate a few days ago!

    Here is my gauge shown:
    ODO 1493 AVG 178.9 MPG
    TRIP B 1493.5 AVG 73.9 MPG
I haven't reset my Trip B since delivery. I believed TRIP B gave me the real MPG. What's wrong with ODO MPG? I noticed when I started in EV mode ODO MPG started @199.9 once car shifted to HV mode MPG started to drop.

MPG value on the master ODO can be reset too, so it doesn't necessarily reflect lifetime.

That doesn't seem right. My trip B I use to track tank mpg and it is within +5.64% of calculated mpg on 5 tanks so far. I'm about 1300 miles into this tank and it seems to be what I would expect, so is ODO. Something seems fishy on yours.

I haven't reset yet so I expect to see my ODO MPG should be the same as my TRIP B MPG. How do you reset ODO MPG?

The same way the others are reset, just hold the button until it zeroes out.
