Finally joined the plug-in club

    The Tesla probably was sweating bullets, they kicked us out because he parked wrong and when I slide in beside him we blocked the disabled parking spot. I suggested they change the set up, and they said only one person is supposed to charge at a time any ways. But after the Tesla left I parked the right way and kept charging. The town has another charger at a different location, but it is only for Teslas.

    Keep in mind that driving from FL to CO is an uphill journey. Be fair and drive back home on the same route. That overall MPG average will give you a better picture of the car's capabilities.

    I lived in CO for many years. It's uphill to there from almost everywhere! LOL! But the grade from FL to CO is pretty gentle on average. Round trip will really average it out even though it would not be likely to be the same route back.
