I agree. In the AM, I'm on the road about 5:30 so for the first 5 miles, there is no one one the roads (I live in a senior development) and I can do what I want. Once I'm on the freeway, I usually stay about the speed limit or a little less and always in the right lane.

I'm about half 2 lane and half freeway. I could do more freeway, but I would be driving at 55 mph speed limit roads instead of 35 to 45 mph speed limit roads. I do better on the 2 lane roads. Still have hills either way.

I am also shocked at getting 30 or more. Didn't expect that. Maybe the power company hit a vein of high purity electrons at the Watt mine? No complaints.

Perhaps he/she is a Prime wannabe?!
He/she must speak up and defend him/herself, lest he/she be severely chastised for sneakily inserting his/her "opinion" here amongst the fortunate Prime movers or soon-to-be Primesters!!!

    .
I stand better informed, the "person" is a member of the male persuasion!
But that screen he has displayed still looks suspiciously TMI to me!

I like the info it provides. Would like to see something similar in the Prime.

Thank you Dalcon, for calling out the spy!! Although I'm sure he must be a wistful peasant seeking a better lot in life, a more luxurious ballad on our marvelously smooth (yeah, right!) American superhighways. Feeling that rush of power pushing him firmly back (in a Prius?) into his luxurious Softex electrified seat! Alas the yearning for that better life can only be appeased by coughing up some cold hard cash and waiting til the cows come home, unless you live in California, of course. Peasant, are you Primed for the better life!!??

over the past 2 weeks my EV range has dropped due to rainy/cold weather a couple weeks ago and irregular driving incl parking at airport for 4 days ... this morning it was at 40.1, no pic taken as it really is not close to my record (I posted a pic of that).
I've been driving little faster (plane departed 6:15am) and have been playing with EVAuto (I think i can do better manually).
Next weekend is a ~900 mile roundtrip to Northern CA (Monterey) with no charging option the way it looks, but at the same token i'm looking forward to use the Prime as a HV to get a better understanding of that part.
And after that i should have a couple weeks of regular commute and hope i can beat my EV record, will update ...

    Look at the attachment closer

I see 68 ish EV miles and
56mpg on the gas pig (at 55mph)
For a fake 179mpg combined FE over the whole trip , elevation gain of 900 ft( I normally state my MPGs and EV metrics separate, hate that combined thing)

One thing I do like about the Volt is how it does a very accurate separation of gas miles and EV.

What I don't like is that I have to pen and paper the tally each time to keep them separate or sign my life away for big brother to upload the data to the cloud

As for being a Prime wannabe, I own whatever car is economical
That's why I had a 50mpg Cobalt XFE, a $2000 Honda Insight and a 1200lb Comutacar EV as my daily driver, even an old Subaru 360 was my "distance" car for a while.

I always passed over Prii because when I was in the market the state I live in always had no selection and what there was, cost more than I was gonna spend at the time.

My current secondary car is getting "aged" and my beloved beater Insight has a short in the main harness, so maybe the stars might align and a Prius might finally make its way into my shed.

I need a new craft mobile transport vehicle, so maybe a "v", I was hoping Toyo would Prime the "v" but otherwise a 2 eco or a ONE might work, we will see, seems like my timing is always off.
