Ordered this from eBay to replace mine that was stolen... I waited to finish installing the dynamat and washing the car before putting it on.. come to realize it won't fit. The thread on eBay said will fit 2010-2015 prius - GENUINE TOYOTA OEM FRONT RADIATO GRILLE EMBLEM 75310-47010 PRIUS CAMRY AVALON | eBay I even double checked the part number.. maybe I made a mistake. Can anyone please guide me to a proper link? Do I need to modify that emblem to get it to fit?
or stick your hand and remove the 2 screws on the back of your bumper and install the new one and reinstall the screws.
Where do I remove the backing from? Is there something left over on my bumper that I need to remove in order to stick this thing on?
you have to remove the whole black part of the emblem which is still in your grill/ it's hold by two screws/ or even easier, just push on the little chromed parts to remove the logo from the background/
Got it! Thanks guys. I ended up unscrewing it from the bumper which was a PITA cause of how tight it was but I managed to do it.. my wrist/arm is gonna be bruised up tomorrow from ramming it in there. There was no need to do all that but its fine now.
On the topic of emblems does anyone have the part number of the the emblem for the steering wheel? Its for my 2010. Thanks
