So far as I know, all Prius have OBDII ports.

"All cars and light trucks built and sold in the United States after January 1, 1996 were required to be OBD II equipped."

The EOBD (European on board diagnostics) regulations are the European equivalent of OBD-II, and apply to all passenger cars of category M1 (with no more than 8 passenger seats and a Gross Vehicle Weight rating of 2500 kg or less) first registered within EU member states since January 1, 2001 for petrol (gasoline) engined cars and since January 1, 2004 for diesel[ engined cars. The technical implementation of EOBD is essentially the same as OBD-II, with the same SAE J1962 diagnostic link connector and signal protocols being used.

Yeah i do know that, but i ment the available settings, i would love to do some, but i don't see all of these options in the OEM Toyota Techsteam tester.. Can US dealers do those settings as well or are they "hidden"? (So you can only do it with Carista?)

Yeah, I looked at that. Carista looks very nice, but I don't think I want to keep paying and paying for the same software. I figured it was their way of saying, "We don't want Jerry's business." Now I'm leaning hard toward "Enginelink" for $5.99 outright in the Apple app store along with a wifi OBD II adapter.
