I have a new Prius Prime Advanced and the radio keeps crashing the program on the 11.6 Multimedia Display. Is anyone else having this problem?

My radio plays everything: Satellite XM, am, fm, Pandora, and Bluetooth from my Samsung Galaxy S7, on my Advanced. When you say, it crashes, do you mean it stops playing or ?? BTW Toyota Corporate has been very helpful with my Entune problem, you might try them for this if you feel uncomfortable with your dealer.

I've had issues with it crashing when trying to browse through my phone for music, but it seems to work fine if I use the phone to select the music. Anyone know how often or if they do software updates on the system?

If you have usb cable and Bluetooth at the same time it will do this...that is in owners manual..especially if you have rotten apple phone that want everyone to follow them in various aspects ...
Read owners manual and you will find cure

Heaven forbid you want to charge your phone while making a call hands-free . I've driven at least a dozen different cars that didn't crash when you have bluetooth connected while the USB is plugged in, even with my rotten apple phone.

No problem here with radio here under any circumstances, bluetooth or corded, or no phone connected. Mac's problem sounds like a warranty claim.

We found that if Bluetooth is playin and you switch to the radio and Get Info and then hit Scan it crashes but if you pause Bluetooth first and then select AM or FM and then Get Info and hit Scan it does not crash.

Irritatingly the crashes wiped out all three of our phone settings and I had to set them up as new phones a g again. Still a bug but at least there is a fairly easy workaround- just be sure to pause Bluetooth!
