Fourth vehicle I've owned that I've installed WeatherTech mats in. None have fit as well as in this vehicle. Never thought I'd be so excited about mats in a car ... these mats kick butt. Best purchase yet.
I too have these amazing mats in my 2016 Touring 4 and could not be happier. I use a Armor All cleaning cloth to spruce them up. I had to wait a bit for them and I am glad that I did. Posted via the PriusChat mobile app.
Can you post another picture of the back seat mat? My kids are brutal back there and I think these mats might do the trick. My car is nearly 6 years old next month and I'd say the carpet is about 96% in great shape but I have to vacuum regularly to keep up with the kid traffic in the back. Thanks for the review. It has me really close to making the purchase. Andy
Had these in my last two utility cars. Love em. I take em out and hose them off. I'm not caring how they look in cars I use for trash runs etc. I took out the driver's side front carpet but left the other carpets in under the mats for added sound dampening.
Toyota's version wasn't available when I bought my WeatherTech from the dealer. Based on a feel of the mats on display at the dealer, I'm glad I bought the WeatherTech.
I just ordered the WeatherTech matts for my 2015. They arrived in two days. The inboard twist latch on the drivers mat could not be pushed down far enough for it to latch on day one but my guess is that the mats were probably boxed up and conformed to the box while setting in a warehouse for some time. On day two after the mats had a chance to sit in place in the car overnight, the driver mat latches worked easily and all three mats conformed to the floors very well. Now if only WeatherTech would make a bib for me so that the ketchup etc. wouldn't always end up on the front of my shirt.
White Wizzard and an old toothbrush. I have had WeatherTech mats in my last two wagons. Amazing what doesn't happen when a milk jug spills or a bottle of wine brakes loose and shatters.
I love Weathertech as well ( have had them in three vehicles ). However, I never did like how they have a 'smooth' bottom and therefore would slide around on the passenger side a bit. I recently switched to Husky brand liners and like them even more than the Weathertechs. They have 'spikes' on the bottom which really do hold them in place much better.
