If I remember correctly, it can be changed using Techstream software with a Mini-VCI cable and a laptop. I changed the temperature settings on my Prius this way. In the US, you can purchase one of these cables for $15-20 online. I imagine you could find one in your country as well. Or just subtract 32 and then divide by 9/5ths in your head every time. Your math skills are guaranteed to improve
