I need to change upstream o2 sensor the one close to the engine is there a special tool it got a gard around the nut?
That's correct. 22mm thin wall O2 socket. Run a search O2 or oxygen sensor socket. Plenty of links on here to them.
Thought I'd revive this instead of starting a new thread since I have a o2 sensor question. How many miles do you guys seem to go before having to change the O2 sensor that's before the catalytic converter?
