Pre-collision system

    I know how the system works when cruise control is on -- and I love it. But does it work when cruise control is off? The manual seems to suggest it does, but I don't notice anything when driving without cruise control.

    The Pre-Collision System functions independently of the radar cruise control. (So the simple answer is yes).

    Also, if you don't notice anything (from PCS) while driving, then you are driving like a good driver should :)
