I'll bet that will be a great drive!! My wife and I got to spend a couple weeks in Yorkshire, staying with her cousin in Harrogate. We didn't quite make it as far as Cumbria. But we did get to Malham Cove and that was some amazing countryside. Enjoy!!

It was a smooth process at the dealership. My dealer told me the techs in the service area had been having the time of their lives with the car Weds. and until I picked it up Thurs afternoon. Said they were really impressed with the car. I noticed the outside mirrors did not warn me of cars passing. I imagine I need to turn that on. Overall, car looks great and car emblem put on as soon as I got home.

Congrats Huskers! Good things come to those that wait. Photos ate definitely in order.

I finally was able to put my hybrid cloud carpool plate on mine today after 3 visits to the Arizona MVD and 2 calls to the California DMV and another call to my dealer. only took 2 1/2 months. I don't know if I would ever purchase another vehicle out of state again.

AFAIK blind spot monitoring defaults to On. I think it also resets to On each time you power up the car. So unless you switched it off it should be working.

PriusPlugin_crop1.jpg Going to collect mine this afternoon. It's a Prius PHV with Luxury pack as it is called in the Netherlands. Already got a picture from the dealer that it really exists.... I've ordered it last year july!

Looks great but a strange paint combo. Looks like Pepe La Pue.

^^ Same trim and colors I had ordered. Congrats. The white on dark grey outside trim treatment looks great!

I notice that like some of the Primes tested by magazines, this Prime doesn't have it's plastic wheel covers. I know you can take them off, but salesman told me that they improve fuel economy by 1mpg. Trying to figure out what is going on here.

European Prime's have regular alloy wheels (like our old PiP). Basically, we swapped designs for the 2nd gen PHV - We got the wheel covers and Europe got the regular alloys. They are two-tone machine-finished and grey-painted alloys.
