I didn't have any issues prior to using your charger, now I can't get it started, getting big red triangle but no fault codes in ecu. Is there some sort of reset?
Nope, I called in to Prolong and one of the people there (can't remember his name) and he was very helpful in talking me thru what to check. All good now and hybrid battery is staying pretty much 100% green. Very pleased with results. Mpg isn't as good as I would like but I suspect that's due to winter blend gas sold in Midwest right now.
So what was the problem? Always helps to report resolutions so the next member will be a step ahead .
Exactly what JC91006 pointed out, I didn't have disconnect plug lever pushed down locking it place. That's what I meant by nope, he asked if I had the interlock locked.
