You may have a legitimate problem with either software or a light sensor. Sorry, I have no idea.

While out and about today I checked my detail navi settings and EPD was listed (and enabled). So, not sure if the car has to be in "ready", or within GPS, or something else.

    I don't think there's one in the Gen 4.

Hmm... And you're certain that the rheostat is not all the way in max? (i.e. your instrument panel isn't in DAY mode either). If you want it max brightness at night, it actually has to be set one click down from max setting.

I'm a noob. Can you expand like: a explanation for dummies?

Use this switch to adjust the brightness of the instrument panel.

The asterisk paragraph is difficult to read.

Basically what it is saying is that if you adjust the panel brightness during the day (or at night but the taillights are off), then you only have two levels. If you select the 2nd level, it will remain in its brightest setting (DAY mode).

But if you adjust the instrument panel brightness at night with the taillights on, then you have 22 levels and as long as you don't pick the 22nd level, you'll be fine.

So what I'm saying is that you somehow selected the max brightness (22nd) and you need to go down one click/bar/notch.

The gen 4 has a simple version of the predictive efficient drive. It has a blue line, but it doesn't learn how you drive, just knows how much throttle you need to maintain speed.

Ohh I see what you mean. Yeah that's the "Eco Accelerator Guide".

    Sweet!

And now you can enjoy that little detail of the Prime's icon at the top. The headlights are on when you turn on the headlights.

I thought the car was pooping the green leaves out. I live 3.5 miles back in a gated community and the green leaves started appearing after turning on the predictive efficient drive feature all over my community. I thought it was other green cars! Silly me! It’s true too, the feature is not turned on as standard, I had to turn it on in the map settings as above. When you approach an already driven road and your next normal breaking spot the leaf gets bigger with a power symbol.
