I could truly believe that my Prime's fitted with air suspension. Incredibly smooth while being well controlled. Of course Gen 4 Prius has done away with the rear leaf trailing arm suspension and we now have fully independent. Wheel travel is enhanced and the ride is of note....compared to all classes of vehicles. There is varying road noise transmission to the cabin. In the absence of engine virbration and wind noise, the road noise is annoying. Will a switch from the Dunlops to Michelins mostly take care of this?
I was curious about this as well. People speak highly of switching out the tires to reduce road noise. But seems like an expensive experiment unless we have anyone who has made the switch and can testify to the value.
Yup ... blast the music up and enjoy the ride. It works well for me too! The JBL speakers sound awesome!!
michelin energy savers were night and day with my oem's. $700. installed, but maybe you can sell the oem's.
It was processed today, so the time table they gave me was between March 7th and March 10th. Glad Feb. is a short month.
I have a buddy who makes fun of me because I drive a Prius. Always making jokes about how slow I drive. Then one day on the interstate I was passed by the OATS Bus. I never told him about that. But it is funny.
